　　結(jié)構(gòu)要點(diǎn)詢問信是希望獲取信息的信件，分為三個(gè)部分：

　　1. 說明自己的計(jì)劃或目的，也就是詢問信息的原因；

　　2. 征詢具體信息；

　　3. 期待回復(fù)并表示感謝。
