【摘要】  目的 探討體外循環(huán)技術(shù)在非心臟外科手術(shù)中的臨床療效。方法 1996年7月至2008年4月我院在11例非心臟外科手術(shù)中應(yīng)用體外循環(huán)技術(shù)，其中在體外循環(huán)下行左側(cè)局部晚期肺癌擴(kuò)大根治術(shù)3例，肺動(dòng)脈栓塞取栓術(shù)2例，氣管腫瘤切除2例，布加綜合征根治術(shù)2例，縱隔腫瘤切除術(shù)2例。結(jié)果 11例病人全部康復(fù)出院。11例患者隨訪6～36個(gè)月，1例肺癌存活10月后死亡；另2例肺癌患者術(shù)后13及15個(gè)月仍存活；2例肺動(dòng)脈栓塞取栓術(shù)患者恢復(fù)正常工作；2例布加綜合征根治術(shù)患者術(shù)后已存活6個(gè)月；2例縱隔腫瘤切除術(shù)患者術(shù)后分別存活13及15個(gè)月。結(jié)論 體外循環(huán)技術(shù)在非心臟外科手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用已取得了較好的療效，可為臨床治療危重病人提供重要救治手段，具有臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: Objective   To study the application of cardiopulmonary by pass (CPB) in non�瞙eart surgery. Methods   Extracorporeal circulation was used in 11 non�瞔ardiovascular operations from 1996 the july to April the 2008. The CPB were applied in 3 cases of extensive radical surgery for left advanced lung cancer, 2 cases of removal of thrombus in pulmonary artery, 2 cases of tracheal tumors excision , 2 cases of radical surgery for Budd�睠hiari syndrome，2 cases of mediastinal tumors excision. Results   All 11 cases were cured and followed up for 6 to 36 months. 1 case of lung cancer died 10 months later，and the other 2 still lived 13 and 15 months later. 2 cases of pulmonary embolism return to work, 2 cases of Budd�睠hiari syndrome still lived 6 months later, 2 cases of mediastinal tumors lived after 13 and 15 months. Conclusion   CPB in non�瞙eart surgery is effective in clinic and can be a life saving approach in some critical cases in addition to heart surgery.

體外循環(huán)（cardiopulmonary by pass, CPB)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于心臟以外的手術(shù)，可提供無(wú)血手術(shù)野，有效回收病人術(shù)中失血，及時(shí)有效循環(huán)灌注，大大減少庫(kù)血的使用及并發(fā)癥，有效降低手術(shù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，為重大、復(fù)雜的外科手術(shù)提供有利的條件［1��2］。1996年7月至2008年4月我們將CPB技術(shù)用于11例非心臟外科手術(shù)中。本文就此11例患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行分析，探討體外循環(huán)技術(shù)在非心臟外科領(lǐng)域中的臨床應(yīng)用效果，旨在拓寬CPB應(yīng)用范圍，為臨床救治重癥病人提供參考醫(yī).學(xué).全.在.線m.payment-defi.com。
