劉愛蓮，女，研究員，上海交通大學醫(yī)學院 健康科學研究所，碩士生導師。
1982年獲哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學醫(yī)療系學士學位。1988年獲哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學組織胚胎學專業(yè)碩士學位。1982年—1993年在哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學組織胚胎學教研室任教，從事組織學和胚胎學的教學和科研工作。1993-1994年在加拿大埃爾伯塔大學解剖和細胞生物學教研室做訪問學者。1994年至1995年，在美國韋恩大學解剖和細胞生物學教研室學習和研究。1995年至1996年，在美國亨利－福特醫(yī)院—分子神經腫瘤實驗室做Research fellow。1996年至1999年在美國約翰－霍普金斯大學醫(yī)學院—腎贓科做Research associate。在北美期間，主要從事醫(yī)學發(fā)育生物學研究。 2000年－2005年在上海第二醫(yī)科大學，上海市發(fā)育生物學重點實驗室工作。主要從事人胚胎干細胞建系、分化及應用方面的研究。從2005年5月起，擔任中科院上海生命科學院/上海交通大學醫(yī)學院健康科學研究所，分子免疫學研究組Co-PI。除從事自身免疫性疾病，包括多發(fā)性硬化病及類風濕性關節(jié)炎的免疫調節(jié)機理及新型免疫治療方法研究外，繼續(xù)從事干細胞定向分化研究，并將干細胞定向分化研究應用到自身免疫性疾病動物模型中，研究干細胞的防治作用和作用機理。目前承擔上海市科委基金項目一項，承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目一項。

健康科學研究所在硬件設備和科研環(huán)境方面均為國際一流。分子免疫學研究組，屬于中國科學院干細胞生物學重點實驗室之一，具有合理的研究梯隊且掌握必要的實驗技術及手段，保證研究項目的順利實施和完成。
