主要研究方向: 本科是醫(yī)院特色專業(yè)的獨立科室,設(shè)立門診、骨密度檢測和骨質(zhì)疏松研究室,擁有最先進的雙能X線骨密度檢測儀3臺,臨床和實驗條件良好。目前主要研究方向為如下三部分:1、骨質(zhì)疏松的遺傳機制研究:迄今已經(jīng)分別建立男性、女性核心家系遺傳資源庫(800個家庭共近3000人的骨密度值和DNA),檢測骨質(zhì)疏松的易感基因,該領(lǐng)域研究水平居國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先;2、遺傳性代謝性骨病的分子機制研究;3、藥物遺傳學研究:分析抗骨質(zhì)疏松藥物療效與相關(guān)基因的關(guān)系。目前承擔國家自然科學基金:男性峰值骨量與骨代謝相關(guān)候選基因10個SNP的家系連鎖分析(30570891)。 主要研究成果: 第一作者發(fā)表學術(shù)論文近40篇,其中SCI收論文8篇。曾獲上海市醫(yī)學科技二等獎。發(fā)表主要論文: 1.Bone mineral density of the spine and femur in healthy Chinese men.
