的研究中，采用DNA芯片技術(shù)篩選出新的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控因子Dec2，并揭示了Th2細(xì)胞分化的調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)，有助于了解Th2細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的過敏性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制，還為過敏性疾病的治療提供了一個(gè)新的藥物靶點(diǎn)。曾獲美國NRC科學(xué)研究獎(jiǎng)和多項(xiàng)NIH特殊貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)。近幾年來在國際SCI雜志發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文，其中包括Nature Biotechnology, Nature Immunology, Nature Methods, Journal of Immunology, Nucleic Acids Research, Diabetologia，Endocrinology等權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊m.payment-defi.com，獲得過多項(xiàng)科學(xué)研究基金，包括NIH生物防御重大專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)、美國國防部基金和國家973項(xiàng)目支持（項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家)等。所發(fā)表的論文影響因子累計(jì)100多點(diǎn)，他引次數(shù)200以上。獲科研經(jīng)費(fèi)總額超過600萬美元和1500萬人民幣。
