【摘要】 目的:觀察血脂康對(duì)高脂血癥患者血脂水平、血管內(nèi)皮功能及頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度(IMT)的影響。方法:110例高脂血癥患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各55例,觀察組予血脂康膠囊1次0.6g,1天2次,口服,12周;對(duì)照組予普伐他汀片1次20mg,1天1次,口服,12周。測(cè)定兩組治療前后血甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、血內(nèi)皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度 (IMT)。結(jié)果:與治療前比較,治療后兩組TG、TC、LDLC降低,HDLC升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);兩組治療后ET降低,NO升高,與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);兩組治療后IMT降低與治療前比較也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組與對(duì)照組比較,治療后TG、TC、LDLC降低及HDLC升高均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),但ET降低和NO升高差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);兩組IMT比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:血脂康1天1.2g調(diào)脂、逆轉(zhuǎn)頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度的效果與普伐他汀1天20mg相同,但改善血管內(nèi)皮功能作用強(qiáng)于普伐他汀。

Abstract Objective:To study the effects of Xuezhikang(XZK) on blood lipid levels,endothelial function and carotid intimamedia thickness in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly allocated to observation group (XZK 1.2g/day 12 week,n=55) and control group (pravachol 20 mg/day 12 week,n=55).Serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),lowdensity lipoproteincholesterol(LDLC),highdensity lipoproteincholesterol(HDLC),endothelin (ET),and nitric oxidate (NO) were determined and carotid intimamedia thickness(IMT) was measured before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,TG,TC,and LDLC were significantly decreased and HDLC increased in both groups(P<0.05);ET markedly decreased and NO increased in both groups(P<0.05);Carotid IMT significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),as compared with those before treatment.Except for the changes of ET and NO(P<0.05),the difference of other parameters did not reach a significant value between the 2 groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:XZK (1.2g/day) can correct the abnormal blood lipids,improve the endothelial function and reverse carotid IMT in patients with hyperlipidemia,with an equivalent effect to pravachol(20 mg/day) in adjusting blood lipids and reversing carotid IMT,but a stronger effect in improving endothelial function醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站m.payment-defi.com.

高脂血癥可致血管內(nèi)皮功能異常,甚至高脂血癥患者即使在沒有明確的動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化形成時(shí)即有內(nèi)皮功能障礙,調(diào)脂治療可使之明顯改善[1,2]。血脂康是采用生物技術(shù)從特制紅曲中提煉精制而成的血脂調(diào)節(jié)劑,已經(jīng)證實(shí)可以有效并安全調(diào)節(jié)血脂異常 [3]。本研究旨在觀察血脂康對(duì)高脂血癥患者血脂、血一氧化氮(NO)、內(nèi)皮素(ET)水平及頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度(IMT)的影響,探討其血管內(nèi)皮保護(hù)功能及逆轉(zhuǎn)頸動(dòng)脈IMT作用。
